Wasabi Lemon Sauce
This sauce is delicious with fish. Top Soft Shell Crabs, Tuna, Salmon, Halibut, Sea Scallops or just about any other kind of fish. Add to your next fish taco for a pop of flavor.

Wasabi Lemon Sauce
Servings 3 Cup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Spinach chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Wasabi Powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
- Water to thin
Instructions
- In a mini food prep, add all the ingredients. Blend until the sauce is smooth and a vibrant green. Add a little water if the mixture seems to thick.
- Set to the side or refrigerate until you’re ready to serve. It’s best to make several hours ahead or the day before. This allows the flavors to blend together.
